We apply computer vision to street-level imagery to generate map data at scale, so that people and organizations everywhere can build better maps.
We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer focusing on 3D vision to join our computer vision team at Mapillary. You will be developing highly-efficient algorithms for large-scale 3D reconstruction on hundreds of millions of images. You will research on and implement state-of-the-art 3D reconstruction algorithms with enhanced accuracy and robustness by integrating semantic and depth information extracted with learning-based methods. You would also have the opportunity to publish your work in top-tier computer vision or machine learning conferences. You will be working with a team of engineers and researchers with extensive experience in computer vision and deep learning.
Ph.D. degree in computer vision, computer science or relevant engineering fields
Self-motivated and ready to lead project development
Extensive experience in implementing large-scale SfM or SLAM algorithms
Solid fundamentals in geometric vision and optimization including multiple view geometry, bundle adjustment, etc.
Solid C/C++ and Python skills
Publications in top-tier CV/Robotics/ML conferences or journals e.g. CVPR, ICCV, ICRA, NeurIPS, ICML, IJCV etc. is a plus
